Chromosome-scale genome sequencing and assembly of Sarcoptes scabiei

This data set include a chromosome-scale genome assembly of Sarcoptes scabiei (which is isolated from rabbits). And also files of genome structure annotation, protein coding sequences, proteins and transcripts that generated using all transcriptome data. All raw data that generate these datasets are available in NCBI under accession numbers of SRR15371664, SRR15371663, SRR15371659, SRR15371658, SRR15371657, SRR15371652 and SRR15371653. <br>
