PCA and RDA analysis data sheet

The data were collected in the field. Excel was used to create the data. Gram+-gram positive bacteria, Gram--gram negative bacteria, AMF- arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, B/F-bacteria to fungi ratio, SOC- soil organic carbon, TN- soil total nitrogen, C/N-soil organic carbon to total nitrogen ratio. Treatment: C- control,DU-dung and urine return; M-mowing; T-trampling; DU+M-mowing combined with the addition of dung and urine; M+T-mowing combined with trampling; DU+T-trampling combined with the addition of dung and urine; DU+M+T-mowing combined with trampling and the addition of dung and urine

本数据集采集于野外实地，数据通过Excel软件编制生成。相关术语与指标定义如下：革兰氏阳性菌（Gram-positive bacteria）、革兰氏阴性菌（Gram-negative bacteria）、丛枝菌根真菌（arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, AMF）、细菌真菌比（bacteria to fungi ratio, B/F）、土壤有机碳（soil organic carbon, SOC）、土壤全氮（soil total nitrogen, TN）、碳氮比（土壤有机碳与全氮的比值，C/N）。试验处理设置为：C-对照组（control）、DU-粪尿还田（dung and urine return）、M-刈割（mowing）、T-踩踏（trampling）、DU+M-刈割结合粪尿还田、M+T-刈割结合踩踏、DU+T-踩踏结合粪尿还田、DU+M+T-刈割、踩踏结合粪尿还田
