conservation genomics of Cycas

RADseq was employed to perform conservation genomics analysesin these six species. The genome-wide level of genetic diversity was estimated, and the phylogenetic relationship and genetic structure among these species were determined. Patterns of interspecific gene flow and demographic history were elucidated for these species. Finally, the possible conservation strategies were discussed in the context of the aforementioned information.

本研究采用限制性酶切位点相关DNA测序（Restriction-site Associated DNA Sequencing，RADseq）对这6个物种开展保护基因组学分析。研究估算了全基因组水平的遗传多样性，解析了各物种间的系统发育关系与遗传结构，阐明了其种间基因流模式与种群历史动态，并结合前述研究结果探讨了可行的物种保护策略。
