HMDB

HMDB is a specialized gene database designed to facilitate the rapid and accurate investigation of hydrocarbon monooxygenases in microbial genomes and metagenomes. It contains 38 genes encoding 11 monooxygenases responsible for the hydroxylation of eight different hydrocarbons.

HMDB是一款专为推动微生物基因组与宏基因组（metagenomes）中烃类单加氧酶（hydrocarbon monooxygenases）的快速精准研究而打造的专用基因数据库。该数据库收录了38个编码11种单加氧酶的基因，这些酶负责催化8种不同烃类的羟基化反应。
