Staphylococcus aureus USA300 LAC transcriptome analysis during infection of RAW264.7 macrophages

RAW264.7 macrophage cells were infected with Staphylococcus aureus USA300 LAC and the corresponding mutant strain. Intracellular bacteria were recovered after infection, and total RNA was extracted for transcriptome sequencing. RNA-seq was performed to analyze gene expression changes in S. aureus during intracellular survival in macrophages compared with the control condition.

将RAW264.7巨噬细胞分别感染金黄色葡萄球菌（Staphylococcus aureus）USA300 LAC株及其对应突变菌株。感染完成后回收胞内细菌，提取总RNA并开展转录组测序。通过RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析相较于对照条件，处于巨噬细胞内生存状态的金黄色葡萄球菌的基因表达变化。
