CD Search (Conserved Domain Search Service)

Identifies the conserved domains present in a protein sequence. CD-Search uses RPS-BLAST (Reverse Position-Specific BLAST) to compare a query sequence against position-specific score matrices that have been prepared from conserved domain alignments present in the Conserved Domain Database (CDD).保守结构域搜索工具（CD-Search）可识别蛋白质序列中的保守结构域，其借助反向位置特异性BLAST（Reverse Position-Specific BLAST，RPS-BLAST），将查询序列与由保守结构域数据库（Conserved Domain Database，CDD）收录的保守结构域联配结果构建的位置特异性得分矩阵进行比对。
