Effect of genetic deletion of TREM1 on gene expression during aging of primary peritoneal macrophage cells

To investigate the function of TREM1 in the regulation of innate immune cell metabolism, we established mice in which TREM1 target gene has been genetically deleted. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 500,000 different cells from young and old WT and TREM1-/-mice. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for TREM1 KO macrophages.

为探究髓系细胞触发受体1（TREM1）在先天免疫细胞代谢调控中的功能，我们构建了经基因编辑敲除TREM1靶基因的小鼠模型。随后，我们针对年轻、老年野生型（Wild Type，WT）及TREM1基因敲除（TREM1-/-）小鼠的50万个不同细胞的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据开展基因表达谱分析。整体实验设计：针对TREM1敲除巨噬细胞的RNA测序数据进行对比基因表达谱分析。
