Eupithecia exiguata (mottled pug), genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Eupithecia exiguata, common name mottled pug, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/). The data under this project are made available subject to the Darwin Tree of Life Open Data Release Policy (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/).

本项目为支撑达尔文生命之树计划（Darwin Tree of Life Project，https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/）中的基因组组装与注释工作，收集了暗点尺蛾（*Eupithecia exiguata*，俗称斑驳尺蛾（mottled pug））的基因组与转录组数据。本项目所产生的数据将遵循《达尔文生命之树开放数据发布政策》（https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/project-resources/）进行公开共享。
