SHAMAN: a user-friendly website for metataxonomic analysis from raw reads to statistical analysis

Data from zymomock and afribiota analysis in shaman.<br>A README file is available for each analysis to perform the analysis.<br>The afribiota analysis requires some memory space that might be limited on shaman.pasteur.fr due many users. Please consider the docker installation of shaman.<br>Simulation script of supplementary figure 2 is available as: Script_simul.R

本数据集源自shaman平台下开展的zymomock与afribiota分析的数据。
每项分析均配套专属README文件，可用于指导分析流程的执行。
由于shaman.pasteur.fr服务器用户较多，其可用内存可能有限，无法满足afribiota分析的内存需求，建议采用Docker方式部署shaman。
补充图2的模拟脚本可通过Script_simul.R文件获取。
