We propose to obtain the first complete X-ray CCD image of the newly discovered supernova remnant openParSNRclosePar G53.41+0.03. The spectral image study of this rare and relatively young openPar1000 8000 yrclosePar SNR will allow us todoublePoint iclosePar better constraint the element abundances comma which are crucial for pinpointing the SNR origin iiclosePar significantly improve the age estimation by better measuring the plasma parameters iiiclosePar search for active acceleration sites producing synchrotron radiation and ivclosePar for a compact object which could be either a normal pulsar comma CCO or a magnetar. In addition we will compare the X-ray morphology to our previous radio study.
