The linewidth of IF-ECDL was experimentally measured by optical heterodyne beat frequency with a 1397nm ultra stable laser, and the free running half maximum linewidth (FWHM) of the laser was approximately 6 ± 1.7 kHz.
利用1397nm超稳定激光器的光学外差拍频法，对IF-ECDL的线宽进行了实验测量，该激光器的自由运转半高全宽（FWHM）线宽约为6±1.7 kHz。
