Single-cell sequencing of 12 months old zebrafish telencephalon

Zebfrafish brains were injected with neutral cell tracking dye. Zebrafish telencephalon were dissociated and dye postive cells were sorted by FACS and single-cell sequencing performed from these cells. Single cell analyses of zebrafish telencephalon by 10X Genomics

向斑马鱼（Zebrafish）脑部注射了中性细胞追踪染料。将斑马鱼端脑组织解离后，通过荧光激活细胞分选（FACS）筛选出染料阳性细胞，并对上述细胞开展单细胞测序。随后采用10X Genomics技术对斑马鱼端脑进行单细胞分析。
