miRNA sequencing of platelets from patients with kawasaki disease(KD) and healthy controls

Given the differential miRNA expression patterns of platelets in health and disease, we hypothesized that the KD platelets may also have distinct miRNA expression profiles. Genome-wide miRNA sequencing was performed on platelets isolated from healthy controls and KD patients.

鉴于健康与疾病状态下血小板的差异微小RNA（miRNA）表达模式，我们提出假设：川崎病（Kawasaki Disease，KD）患者的血小板同样具有独特的微小RNA表达谱。本研究对从健康对照者及KD患者体内分离得到的血小板开展了全基因组微小RNA测序。
