Data dictionary and dataset for SARS-CoV-2 serology paper on REVAMP trial during pregnancy

Data used for the evaluation of antibody (IgG) responses of participants of the REVAMP trial towards SARS-CoV-2 antigens. Control antigens were also measured and include Tetanus toxoid, four seasonal Coronaviruses, and Influenza A.The dataset contains all baseline and delivery data for the participants as well as serological and derived variables used for the analysis.

本数据集用于评估REVAMP试验受试者针对严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2（SARS-CoV-2）抗原的免疫球蛋白G（IgG）抗体应答情况。同时还对对照抗原进行了检测，涵盖破伤风类毒素、四种季节性冠状病毒以及甲型流感病毒。该数据集包含受试者的全部基线数据与给药后数据，以及用于分析的血清学变量与衍生变量。
