Gut microbiome modulates hippocampal neurogenesis and stress resilience in adult mice

Fecal pellets were pooled from 8 high stress resilience mice, 7 low stress resilience or 8 control mice.The composition of the fecal microbiome was analyzed using shotgun metagenome sequencing, which was performed by Majorbio Bio-Pharm Technology.

粪便颗粒采集自8只高应激抗性小鼠、7只低应激抗性小鼠或8只对照小鼠并进行混合。采用鸟枪法宏基因组测序（Shotgun Metagenome Sequencing）分析粪便微生物组的组成，该测序实验由美吉生物医药科技有限公司（Majorbio Bio-Pharm Technology）完成。
