Caldicellulosiruptor acetigenus DSM 7040, Caldicellulosiruptor morganii (RT8.B8) DSM 8990, and Caldicellulosiruptor naganoensis (NA10) DSM 8991 Genome sequencing and assembly

Currently, there are 14 classified Caldicellulosiruptor strains, of which three were not fully closed (Caldicellulosiruptor acetigenus DSM 7040, Caldicellulosiruptor morganii DSM 8990, and Caldicellulosiruptor naganoensis DSM 8991). Here the genomes of these three Caldicellulosiruptor were sequenced and assembled to close their genomes. Closure of these genomes will aid in the analysis of the Caldicellulosiruptor genus including the detection of CAZymes and taxonomic work.

目前已分类的解纤维素菌属（Caldicellulosiruptor）菌株共计14株，其中3株的基因组尚未完成完全闭合，分别为产乙酸解纤维素菌Caldicellulosiruptor acetigenus DSM 7040、摩根解纤维素菌Caldicellulosiruptor morganii DSM 8990以及长野解纤维素菌Caldicellulosiruptor naganoensis DSM 8991。本研究对这3株解纤维素菌的基因组进行了测序与组装，以实现其基因组的闭合。完成这些基因组的闭合工作，将助力解纤维素菌属的相关分析，包括碳水化合物活性酶（CAZymes）的检测以及分类学研究。
