Brachypodium distachyon genome re-sequencing project.

We sequenced natural accessions of diploid grass Brachypodium distachyon to identify their sequence differences. Genomic DNA from leaf tissues of B. distachyon was extracted by using the DNeasy Plant Mini Kit (QIAGEN).
