This study aimed to investigate the genetic diversity of M. bovis isolated from cattle and water buffalo at the Delta area Governorates in Egypt using the MIRU-VNTR analysis to reveal the large-scale polymorphisms of the isolates. Moreover, detect the similarity between the local and the international genotypes. Assess the drug susceptibility of M. bovis isolates toward eight antitubercular drugs. Elucidate the genotypic detection of resistance to rifampicin, isoniazid, streptomycin, and ethambutol.
本研究旨在针对埃及尼罗河三角洲各省从牛与水牛体内分离得到的牛分枝杆菌(M. bovis),采用可变数目串联重复序列-分枝杆菌散在重复单位分型(MIRU-VNTR)技术分析其遗传多样性,以揭示分离株的大规模多态性;此外,分析本地分离株与国际基因型的相似性,评估牛分枝杆菌分离株对8种抗结核药物的药物敏感性,并阐明利福平、异烟肼、链霉素及乙胺丁醇的基因型耐药检测方法。
