This study demonstrates two sequential post-translational modifications regulate Set2 homeostasis, which is required for sustaining extended chronological lifespan of yeast. The dataset includes 3 zip files, including main Figures 1-7, supplementary Figures 1-9, and original data of mass spectrometry. All original data encompass images of Western blots and gels, and quantitative numbers are shown in the decompressed excel files.
