粟酒裂殖酵母（S. pombe）基因组中ClrC复合物组分的染色质免疫沉淀芯片（ChIP-chip）分析。关键词：染色质免疫沉淀芯片（ChIP-chip）。整体实验设计：以针对FLAG标签蛋白的抗体，从野生型异步生长粟酒裂殖酵母细胞中回收的染色质免疫沉淀DNA，以及全细胞提取物DNA，均通过随机引物法进行扩增，并分别以Cy5和Cy3完成荧光标记；将标记完成的DNA样品混合后，杂交至44k 粟酒裂殖酵母安捷伦（Agilent）寡核苷酸芯片；实验数据通过安捷伦扫描仪及特征提取软件（Feature Extraction）完成处理。
