e2MPRA reads for HepG2 cell line

This entry contains raw sequencing data in FASTQ format generated from e2MPRA experiments conducted in the HepG2 cell line. e2MPRA is a high-throughput method designed to quantify the transcriptional and epigenetic regulatory activities of cis-regulatory elements (CREs) in parallel. The dataset includes results from two libraries: a pilot library and a HepG2 synthetic CRE library, both tested using lentiMPRA, ATAC-seq, and H3K27ac CUT&Tag-seq to characterize various aspects of the epigenetic activity of the library sequences.
本数据集包含源自HepG2细胞系中开展的e2MPRA实验所生成的FASTQ格式原始测序数据。e2MPRA是一种可并行量化顺式调控元件(cis-regulatory elements,CREs)转录与表观遗传调控活性的高通量实验方法。本数据集涵盖两个文库的相关结果:预实验文库与HepG2合成顺式调控元件文库,二者均通过lentiMPRA、ATAC-seq及H3K27ac CUT&Tag-seq进行检测,以表征该文库序列表观遗传活性的多维度特征。
