Overall survival after irradiation was compared between HSC after single transplantation of MSC. Transplanted MSC did not differentiate into HSC, but salvaged endogeneous hematopoiesis. Overall design: BM, HSC and MSC were isolated from bone marrow 7 months after transplantation with MSCs.
本研究对比了经间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal Stem Cell, MSC)单次移植后的造血干细胞(Hematopoietic Stem Cell, HSC)的辐照后总生存期。移植的间充质干细胞并未分化为造血干细胞,而是挽救了内源性造血功能。总体实验设计:在接受间充质干细胞移植7个月后,从骨髓(Bone Marrow, BM)中分离得到骨髓(BM)、造血干细胞(HSC)与间充质干细胞(MSC)。
