Field data and microsatellite genotypes of Cercidiphyllum japonicum

Field data and genotypes at five microsatellite loci of 281 Cercidiphyllum
japonicum adults of a population distributed over a ca. 80 ha along a
stream and 755 C. japonicum current-year seedlings sampled
at approximate center of the populatoin. The population is
located in Iwanazawa Forest Reserve (43°13′N, 142°34′E), University of
Tokyo Hokkaido Forest, in central Hokkaido, Japan.

本数据集包含沿溪流分布于约80公顷范围内的某连香树（Cercidiphyllum japonicum）种群的281株成年个体的野外调查数据与5个微卫星位点的基因型数据，以及在该种群近似中心区域采集的755株当年生连香树幼苗的采样信息。该种群坐落于日本北海道中部的东京大学北海道森林内的岩泽森林保护区（Iwanazawa Forest Reserve），地理坐标为43°13′N、142°34′E。
