Detection of HBV DNA products by nested and real-time PCR in a group of HBsAg (-)/anti-HBc (+) patients from Puebla, México.

针对来自墨西哥普埃布拉州的乙型肝炎病毒表面抗原（Hepatitis B Surface Antigen, HBsAg）阴性/乙型肝炎病毒核心抗体（Anti-Hepatitis B Core Antibody, anti-HBc）阳性患者队列，采用巢式聚合酶链式反应（Nested Polymerase Chain Reaction）与实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应（Real-time Polymerase Chain Reaction）检测乙型肝炎病毒（Hepatitis B Virus, HBV）脱氧核糖核酸扩增产物。
