Extended gtf based on a customized gtf file from Ensembl version 108 mm39 for Gastruloid

This gtf has been generated based on https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7510797 and extends 3' of genes using RefSeq and bulk RNA-seq from GSE106225, GSE113885 and time-course samples from GSE205781.
