The data were generated from bone marrow immune cells of ovariectomized
(OVX) C57BL/6 mice exposed to either filtered air (FA) or wood smoke (WS)
to investigate how ovarian hormone deficiency modifies the immunotoxic
effects of acute air pollution exposure. The dataset includes raw
paired-end FASTQ files and filtered feature-barcode count matrices (.h5
format) for three biological replicates from each of the two experimental
groups (OVX-FA and OVX-WS). Please note that other data presented in the
manuscript, such as the ex vivo functional and metabolic assays on bone
marrow-derived macrophages (BMDMs), are not included in this deposit.
These data can be used to reproduce the transcriptomic analyses of bone
marrow immune composition, cell-type-specific differential gene
expression, and pathway enrichment results described in the manuscript.
