TEACHER PERCEPTIONS OF TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION IN ESL TEACHING

This study examines teachers’ perceptions of technology integration in English as a Second Language (ESL) teaching. The research explores educators’ attitudes, confidence levels, and classroom experiences in using tools such as interactive software, learning management systems, and multimedia resources. It also identifies the challenges teachers face—such as limited training, technical issues, and varying institutional support—and how these factors influence their willingness to integrate technology effectively.本研究探讨了教师在英语作为第二语言（English as a Second Language, ESL）教学中的技术整合认知。该研究考察了教育工作者使用交互式软件、学习管理系统及多媒体资源等工具时的态度、信心水平与课堂实践经验。此外，本研究还识别出教师面临的各类挑战——包括培训不足、技术故障以及参差不齐的院校支持力度——并分析了这些因素如何影响教师有效整合技术的意愿。
