Raw background subtracted Illumina microarray of nicastrin knockdowns

HEK293 and HEK001 cells were both knocked down for either a nicastrin targeted shRNA or a control targeted luciferase. We profiled the transcriptomes using Illumina HT12 v4 microarrays. This is the background subtracted raw data.<br>

我们对HEK293与HEK001细胞均开展了基因敲低实验，所用的短发夹RNA（short hairpin RNA，shRNA）要么为靶向早老素辅助蛋白（nicastrin）的序列，要么为靶向荧光素酶的对照短发夹RNA。随后我们采用Illumina HT12 v4微阵列芯片对两组细胞的转录组进行了分析。本数据集为经过背景扣除的原始数据。
