The aquaculture industry is in the early stages of implementing microbiome manipulation in order to improve various production factors. However, the knowledge about the complex dynamics of the gastrointestinal microbiome in fish is limited.This study provides further insight into the microbiome compositions of various financially important fish species. In addition, it contributes to an understanding of the effects of external factors on the microbial community in the digestive system of fish.

水产养殖业目前尚处于应用微生物组(microbiome)调控手段以优化多项生产指标的初期阶段。然而,学界对于鱼类胃肠道微生物组的复杂动态变化机制的认知仍较为有限。本研究进一步解析了多种具有重要经济价值鱼类的微生物组构成,同时为深入理解外界环境因素对鱼类消化系统微生物群落的影响提供了支撑。
