Studies of antimicrobial reisistant strain on river.. Escherichia coli

Genetic analysis of ESBL-producing E. coli isolated from a river in Kyoto, Japan, a strain that simultaneously acquired CTX-M-8 and CTX-M-55. This is the first detection in Japan.

本数据集针对从日本京都某河流中分离得到的产超广谱β-内酰胺酶（Extended-Spectrum β-Lactamases，ESBL）大肠杆菌（Escherichia coli，E. coli）开展遗传分析，该菌株同时携带CTX-M-8与CTX-M-55型耐药基因，此为日本境内首次检出此类菌株。
