DiscTwinExprDB

DiscTwinExprDB- a database which provides integrated analysis of gene Expression differences in Twins Discordant for disease and binary phenotypes. In this database differential gene expression in monozygotic (MZ) discordant twin pairs (affected vs. non-affected) for seven phenotypes, including chronic fatigue syndrome, obesity, ulcerative colitis, major depressive disorder, intermittent allergic rhinitis, physical activity, and intelligence quotient, were assessed comparing the spectrum of genes differentially expressed across seven phenotypes individually.

DiscTwinExprDB是一款可针对疾病与二元表型不一致双胞胎开展基因表达差异整合分析的数据库。本数据库针对涵盖慢性疲劳综合征、肥胖症、溃疡性结肠炎、重度抑郁症、间歇性变应性鼻炎、体力活动及智商在内的7种二元表型的单合子（MZ）不一致双胞胎对（患病组与非患病组）进行了基因差异表达评估，并对比了7种表型各自对应的差异表达基因谱。
