We subjected DNA extracted from unwashed and washed leaflets of healthy and diseased European ash to PacBio sequencing of the fungal ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 rDNA region in order to gain insight of the European ash (Fraxinus excelsior L.) leaf niche partitioning and understand the fungal community receptiveness to the invasion of H. fraxineus. Leaflets from co-inhabiting rowan trees (Sorbus aucuparia) served as a reference.

本研究针对健康与感病欧洲白蜡(Fraxinus excelsior L.)的未清洗与清洗后的小叶所提取的DNA,开展真菌ITS1-5.8S-ITS2核糖体DNA(rDNA)区域的PacBio测序(PacBio sequencing),以期解析欧洲白蜡叶片生态位分区特征,并阐明真菌群落对H. fraxineus(Hymenoscyphus fraxineus)侵染的易感性。以同生境花楸(Sorbus aucuparia)的小叶作为参照样本。
