本研究借助RNA测序（RNA-seq）技术，对经曲古抑菌素A（Trichostatin A，TSA）处理及未处理的结核分枝杆菌（Mycobacterium tuberculosis，Mtb）感染巨噬细胞（macrophage）的转录组谱开展评估，旨在探究组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂（Histone Deacetylase Inhibitors，HDACi）对宿主针对Mtb感染的免疫应答的调控作用。
