This project aimed at assessing variations on the composition of bacterial communities inhabiting treated effluents of urban wastewater treatement plants (WWTP) upon ozonation and direct storage of the ozonated water. In addition, it aimed as assessing if the major taxa surviving storage could also survive in a pristine environment (sterile mineral water). The data obtained would permit to conclude if the presence of ozonation by-products are relevant for the selection of the surviving bacteria, or not.

本研究旨在探究经臭氧氧化及臭氧化水直接储存后，城市污水处理厂（WWTP）处理出水所栖息的细菌群落组成变化。此外，本研究还旨在评估经储存过程存活的主要分类类群是否亦可在无菌矿泉水这一原始环境中存活。本研究所获数据将可用于明确臭氧氧化副产物的存在是否对存活细菌的筛选具有相关性。
