运用T-REFLP与Q-PCR的方法研究喀斯特灌丛生态系统不同坡位条件下土壤AM真菌群落结构与丰度，探讨土壤性质、植物群落组成与AM真菌群落结构丰度之间的关系，从微生物学的角度为喀斯特地区群落恢复提供理论依据。
This study utilized T-REFLP and Q-PCR techniques to analyze the soil arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungal community structure and abundance under different slope positions in karst shrub ecosystems, and explored the relationships among soil properties, plant community composition, and the community structure and abundance of AM fungi, so as to provide theoretical foundations for community restoration in karst regions from the perspective of microbiology.
