miRNA sequencing

We analyzed the expression profile of miRNA during the juvenile-adult phase transition and identified the differentially expressed miRNAs which might participated in the process in Pyrus plants.本研究对梨属（Pyrus）植物在幼龄-成龄阶段转变过程中的微小RNA（miRNA）表达谱进行了分析，并鉴定出可能参与该转变过程的差异表达微小RNA（miRNA）。
