The dataset for the bussed digital controller control module develops AMESim-based electrical control, hydraulic and mechanical structure simulation models based on the software and hardware parameters of the distributed independent electro-hydraulic actuator control system. It performs single-action simulations of the boom and stick, and outputs simulation data including pressure, flow rate, velocity and displacement in each circuit under various target flow rates and loads, which satisfies the requirements of the flow control module of the bussed digital controller. All data is stored in XLSX format files. The folder contains the simulation model of the distributed independent electro-hydraulic actuator and simulation data tables covering pressure, flow rate, velocity, displacement and other related parameters. Based on the controller's parameters, a simulation model is constructed, and single-action simulations of the stick are carried out to output simulation data including pressure, flow rate, velocity and displacement under target flow rates of 12L/min, 24L/min and 36L/min under no-load, full load (200kg) and heavy load (300kg) operating conditions. The pump-valve composite high-dynamic and high-precision control model is built using AMESim software, with a size of 35.75 MB. The simulation dataset of the pump-valve composite high-dynamic and high-precision control strategy has a file size of 1.68 MB and includes 9 sub-tables, which correspond to the simulation data under no-load, 200kg and 300kg loads with different target flow rates (12L/min, 24L/min, 36L/min) respectively.
