This project set out to examine how adult English language learners expereince the process of collaboraively processing feedback on jointly produced texts. Set A for this project contains the transcriptions of the video recordings of two language learners collaboratively processing written corrective feedback on four occassions. The transcriptions are broad in the sense they do not go into detail regarding speaker volume, length of pauses, prosody and so forth.The dataset also contains transcripts of all output produced by the two participants during the project - collaborative and individual.
The data shows learners co-construct knowledge as they collaboratively process the feedback they recieved on their jointly produced texts. The knowledge they constructed can then be tracked in their individual output as they. This data allows readers of published works from this data to examine interactions in more depth and view participant output - actions which will be beneficial for evidencing and further understanding the findings of any related papers.
本研究旨在考察成人英语学习者协作处理联合产出文本反馈的过程体验。本研究的A组数据集包含两名语言学习者在四次协作处理书面纠错反馈过程中的视频录像转录文本。该转录文本属于粗粒度转录,未涵盖说话者音量、停顿时长、韵律特征等细节信息。本数据集还收录了两名参与者在本研究期间产出的全部文本输出的转录文本,涵盖协作产出与独立产出两类内容。
