MicroRNA-202 is a gatekeeper of meiosis initiation and regulates recombination in male germ line

We preformed RNA sequencing to identify differentiatially expressed mRNAs after miR-202 knockout in isolated spermatogonia and spermatocytes, and cultured spermatogonial stem cells from male mice. Both wildtype and knockout in each cell type were used for RNA sequencing. At least two biological replicates were included in each group.

我们对分离自雄性小鼠的精原细胞（spermatogonia）、精母细胞（spermatocytes）以及体外培养的精原干细胞（spermatogonial stem cells）实施miR-202基因敲除（miR-202 knockout）后，通过RNA测序（RNA Sequencing）技术筛选差异表达mRNA（differentially expressed mRNAs）。所有细胞类型均设置野生型（wildtype）对照组与基因敲除实验组，两类组别均用于RNA测序，且每组至少包含2次生物学重复（biological replicates）。
