DRIP-seq mapping the R-loop formation in cultured Ctrl and Suv420h1 mutant MuSC

肌卫星细胞（Muscle Satellite Cell, MuSC）中Suv420h1的失活会加剧转录与复制过程的碰撞，进而导致RNA:DNA杂交双链的积累。本研究对对照组（Control, Ctrl）与Suv420h1突变型肌卫星细胞中的R环（R-loops）进行了谱图分析。实验整体设计：在对照组与Suv420h1突变型肌卫星细胞中开展DRIP-seq（DNA-RNA免疫沉淀测序）实验。
