This study sought to elucidate the transcriptomic changes in the murine nucleus pulposus (NP) with age. These findings will contribute to the understanding of murine intervertebral disc (IVD) aging and degeneration. Overall design: There are 3 timepoints in this data set and therefore 3 groups total: 2.5 month NP, 6 month NP, and 21 month NP
