Microbial diversity on AGS

The inoculated activated sludge, and the sludge at the end of each phase were collected and analyzed for microbial community composition using 16S rDNA gene sequencing technology. The analysis process includes DNA extraction, PCR amplification, and high-throughput sequencing. The results include OTU clustering, species community analysis, and alpha diversity analysis, which were completed using the Ovisen cloud platform.

采集接种活性污泥及各阶段末期的污泥，采用16S rDNA基因测序技术对其微生物群落组成进行分析。分析流程包含DNA提取、聚合酶链式反应（Polymerase Chain Reaction，PCR）扩增与高通量测序环节。分析结果涵盖操作分类单元（Operational Taxonomic Unit，OTU）聚类、物种群落分析以及α多样性分析，全部分析工作均通过Ovisen云平台完成。
