Single-cell RNA-seq of frequent and rare populations in mouse bone marrow

This data set contains single-cell RNA sequencing data of mature immune cells, hematopoietic and immune progenitors, mesenchymal cells (CAR cells, fibroblasts, osteoblasts, chondrocytes, putative mesenchymal stem cells), endothelia, smooth muscle, and Schwann cells. The following fractions were subjected to single-cell RNA-sequencing using 10x genomics: Total live bone marrow; Lineage-negative CD45-negative bone marrow; Lineage-CD45-CD71- bone marrow (obtained by crushing or flushing of bones); Lineage-CD45-CD71- bone-associated fraction (obtained by digesting bone chips); Lineage-Kit+ bone marrow.本数据集包含成熟免疫细胞、造血与免疫祖细胞、间充质细胞（CAR细胞（CAR cells）、成纤维细胞、成骨细胞、软骨细胞、推定间充质干细胞）、内皮细胞、平滑肌细胞及雪旺细胞（Schwann cells）的单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing）数据。本研究采用10x Genomics平台对以下组分开展单细胞RNA测序：总活骨髓细胞；谱系阴性CD45阴性骨髓；谱系-CD45-CD71-骨髓（通过骨骼粉碎或灌洗获取）；谱系-CD45-CD71-骨相关组分（通过骨碎片消化获取）；谱系-Kit+骨髓。
