Gene expression profiling of NUP98-HOXA9 expressing mouse embryonic stem cells

To investigate the effect of NUP98-HOXA9 on global gene expression, we established FLAG-NUP98-HOXA9 expressing mouse embryonic stem cell lines. Overall design: We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of different cell lines.
