本研究采用RNA测序(RNA-sequencing)技术,检测黑色素瘤细胞系B16F10与脾脏分离的小鼠T细胞在次氯酸(hypochlorous acid, HOCl)处理下的转录组变化。整体实验设计:对比B16F10细胞在添加600 μM次氯酸与未添加条件下的mRNA表达谱变化,以及脾脏分离的小鼠T细胞在相同浓度次氯酸处理与未处理条件下的mRNA表达谱变化。
