Novosphingobium sp. BL-52-GroH Genome sequencing

Assembly of the genome of a novel bacterial isolate from soil revealed it to be a member of the genus Novosphingobium. As has been observed with other members of this genus, its genome contains two Mb-length chromosomes, both with essential housekeeping genes (e.g. ribosomal RNA genes), as well as two smaller plasmids.

对一株分离自土壤的新型细菌分离株进行基因组组装后，确认其隶属于鞘氨醇单胞菌属（Novosphingobium）。正如该属其他成员所具备的特征，该分离株的基因组包含两条Mb级长度的染色体，两条染色体均携带必需的持家基因（如核糖体RNA基因），此外还含有两个较小的质粒。
