Supplement 1. Raw data file for statistical analyses of the effects of the presence/absence of invasive toads on counts of lizards, snakes, and crocodiles; and for the influence of declines in monitor lizards on the fledging success of finches.

File List data.csv (MD5: 6ffb77913bb9109caa9abdd3f08c760d) Description The year column indicates the year in which the survey was conducted. Survey# refers to the number of the survey within a year (there were five surveys per year). Toads refers to whether toads were absent (a) or present (p). Mean air temp denotes mean air temperature for each survey, calculated as the mean of five temperature taken throughout the day. Mean water temp denotes mean air temperature for each survey, calculated as the mean of five temperature taken throughout the day. Mean temp differential denotes mean temperature differential and refers to the difference between the air and water temperature at a given time (means are then calculated for the five values per survey). Mitchells, mertens, crocs, gilberts, tree snakes, and panoptes refers to counts for each of those species, per survey. The second set of data is to examine the effects of declines in monitor lizards on fledging success of crimson finches. The year column indicates the year of survey. Data for mitchells and mertens are mean counts for the year, and finches refers to fledging success for that year.

年份列代表本次调查开展的年度。调查编号（Survey#）表示单年度内的调查序列号，本数据集每年共开展5次调查。蟾蜍（Toads）字段记录调查区域内蟾蜍的存在情况：a代表未出现，p代表已出现。平均气温（Mean air temp）指单次调查的平均气温，计算方式为当日内五次气温测量值的算术均值。平均水温（Mean water temp）指单次调查的平均水温，计算方式为当日内五次水温测量值的算术均值。平均温差（Mean temp differential）指平均温差，即特定时刻气温与水温的差值，最终取单次调查内五次测量值的算术均值作为统计结果。米切尔蜥（Mitchells）、默滕斯蜥（Mertens）、鳄鱼（crocs）、吉尔伯特蜥（gilberts）、树蛇（tree snakes）以及澳东菱蜥（panoptes）的字段值分别对应单次调查中各物种种群的个体数量统计。
第二组数据用于探究巨蜥种群数量下降对红冠雀（crimson finches）幼鸟离巢成功率的影响。该组数据的年份列代表调查开展的年度，其中米切尔蜥与默滕斯蜥的统计数据为当年度的平均种群数量，红冠雀字段值代表当年度红冠雀的幼鸟离巢成功率。
