OG'IZ MIKROBIOTASIDAGI O'ZGARISHLAR VA UNING YURAK, DIABET VA BOSHQA TIZIMLI KASALLIKLAR BILAN BOG'LIQLIGI
This study explores the emerging evidence linking alterations in oral microbiota with systemic diseases, including cardiovascular disorders, diabetes, and metabolic syndrome [1, 2]. Dysbiosis of the oral microbiome can lead to chronic inflammation, increased oxidative stress, and immune dysregulation, which may contribute to the pathogenesis of systemic conditions [3, 4]. Research indicates that specific bacterial species, such as Porphyromonas gingivalis and Fusobacterium nucleatum, play a key role in promoting atherosclerosis, insulin resistance, and other metabolic disturbances [2, 5]. Understanding the complex interactions between oral microorganisms and systemic health may facilitate the development of predictive biomarkers and targeted interventions, emphasizing the importance of oral hygiene and preventive dental care in maintaining overall health [1, 3].
