Where possible, the functional uses have been harmonized to categories defined by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development, in OECD monograph ENV/JM/MONO(2017)14, <em>Internationally Harmonised Functional, Product, and Article Use Categories</em> (https://one.oecd.org/document/ENV/JM/MONO(2017)14/en/pdf). Other harmonized categories have been defined by EPA ORD.
