Schistosoma mansoni whole genome sequences (single genotype) SmBRE

We generated whole genome sequences from single genotype pools of SmBRE schistosome larvae (cercariae) obtained from snails infected with a single miracidium. This with other data will help to determine the degree of genetic variation within and between laboratory maintained schistosome populations.

本研究从感染单条毛蚴（miracidium）的螺体中分离得到SmBRE株血吸虫尾蚴（cercariae），并对其单一基因型池开展全基因组测序。该测序数据结合其他相关数据集，将有助于明确实验室维持的血吸虫种群内部以及种群间的遗传变异程度。
